Project Overview
Problems & Needs
1
The users can't control the applications and data they follow on a single platform.
2
The users can't control their data easily and quickly from their mobile devices.
3
The users can't track and calculate their multi-channel earnings with mobile application.
Outcome
In line with the needs of the persona, we decided to develop a mobile application where the user can access their data easily and quickly from a single platform. Before making the decision, we applied a design sprint to better define the problem and create a roadmap. First I read the Design Sprint book and prepared for the sprint.
I managed the process as the design sprint manager. Jupie is an application produced as a result of the design sprint we applied. As a result, I designed Jupie.
4
The users can't track mobile application data with one platform if they have multiple apps/accounts.
Persona
1
Sellers generating revenue through the digital platform

Design Sprint Flow
Design Sprint
In line with the Design Sprint, we decided on our long-term and short-term goals and ranked them in order of importance in line with our persona needs. We sought answers by asking the post-it questions "How might we?"
We did research, asked lot of questions and took notes. We discussed it and made decisions. In line with these studies, we prepared draft studies.

We created user flows. Then we prepared wireframes about user flow cases and discussed on advantages and disadvantages about flows.

Flow & Target Cases

In line with our decisions and research, I designed Jupie towards the end of the study and the developer coded the design to make it look like a running application. At the end of the sprint, we had a prototype that seemed to work. On the last day of the design sprint, we interviewed 5 users and had them test Jupie (the prototype we produced). In line with the feedback we received, we prepared a roadmap for Jupie.
